Timekart is a sheet you fill in yourself. For one week, in one area of your business, you write down every task somebody still does by hand. It gives you two numbers you probably do not have today: how many hours a month that area costs you, and what those hours cost you in a year.
Three lines are filled in as an example. Edit them, add your own, and see what comes out. Nothing you type here leaves your browser, and nothing is sent to us.
| What is done | Who does it | Times a month | Minutes each | Which programs | Rule or judgement | Hours a month | Cost a year |
|---|
The rule half is the work a system can take over. The judgement half stays with your people.
What you just used is the demo. The file is the same thing, on your machine, with room for a whole week and for as many lines as the area needs.
Half a page. Pick one area, write down what people do by hand, estimate the minutes. If a program already does the work, leave it out.
One line per task, and the numbers work themselves out: hours a month, cost a year, and how much of a full-time person that is.
What your number is made of, and when hours are hard to remove even if there are a lot of them.
We do not fill it in, we do not read it and nothing comes back automatically. You measure your own business and you keep the result. If you want us to look at it, that is a different conversation and it starts with you writing to us.
One email, with the file. Free, and yours to keep.
Timekart arrives in one email, as a file you can open and keep.
It is on its way. Look for an email from hello@avatarnorge.no, and check spam if it is not there in a few minutes.
Tell us what you are trying to improve. We will read it ourselves and reply by email.
